1. Permitted use

Use Hyfens to develop, release, verify, deliver, monitor, and support applications and related software that your organization is authorized to operate. Use only the accounts, organizations, applications, environments, artifacts, and provider resources assigned to you.

2. Prohibited activity

You must not use Cloud to:

  • break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, evade sanctions, or facilitate fraud, abuse, harassment, exploitation, or harm;
  • bypass authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, artifact signatures, release binding, rollback protections, rate limits, plan limits, approval controls, or payment controls;
  • probe, enumerate, scrape, load-test, scan, or access another customer’s organization, application, environment, release, patch, usage, credentials, or support data;
  • upload malware, credential stealers, destructive payloads, or code intended to compromise a device, service, account, or network;
  • use delivery or patch infrastructure for spam, unsolicited communications, abusive automation, crypto-mining, proxying, or unrelated high-volume workloads;
  • submit content or personal data without the required rights, notices, consents, security controls, or customer-controller authority; or
  • misrepresent a release, patch, device, installation, payment, usage event, or support request.

3. Security research and reports

Coordinate testing that could affect Cloud or another customer before beginning it. Report suspected vulnerabilities, exposed credentials, or abuse to support@hyfens.com with reproduction details that are safe to share. Do not retain or disclose customer data discovered by mistake.

4. Enforcement

Hyfens may rate-limit, quarantine, suspend, or terminate activity that violates this policy or creates a security, legal, reliability, or economic risk. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and a path to explain or cure the issue. Emergency action may occur without advance notice when needed to protect customers or the service.

5. Self-hosted boundary

Self-hosted operators are responsible for their own deployment, network, storage, access policy, logs, backups, and enforcement. This policy describes the Cloud service and does not turn Hyfens into an operator of a customer-controlled self-hosted installation.
