1. What this page does
Hyfens uses specialized providers for infrastructure, storage, communications, payment processing, security, support, and reliability. A provider receives only the information needed for its approved role and does not become the authority for Hyfens accounts, subscriptions, promotions, usage, or customer authorization.
The final published list must identify each production provider by legal name, service, processing category, processing location, transfer safeguard where relevant, and the date it was added. Provider marketing claims are not a substitute for contract and security review.
2. Current service categories
The named production inventory, provider account, region, and contractual status must be completed from the actual deployment configuration before Cloud is offered as a final production service. No provider secret belongs on this page.
- Cloud compute, database, object storage, backup, networking, and monitoring for the managed control plane and delivery path.
- Transactional email for account verification, recovery, support, and service notices.
- Payment processing and provider settlement for paid Cloud plans, when live checkout is enabled.
- Customer support, security, error diagnostics, and operational communications where those services are enabled.
3. Changes and notice
Hyfens will maintain this page as the public provider reference and will update it before a new provider processes production customer data where notice or consent is required. The applicable Data Processing Addendum controls customer notice, objection, and transfer terms.
